All Report Preview can be Exported to Excel with CSV

1. After generating the report, click 'Save As' button on the navigation menu. A Save As window will pop out, name your file and save it as CSV file.

2. A BMO-client box will pop out and indicate that the report is successfully saved as CSV file.

3. All the reports can be viewed in Microsoft Excel.


All Report Preview can be Exported to Open Office with CSV

To open the report in Open Office Calc format, repeat the same steps as above. After save the CSV file, you can view it through Open Office Calc.

How to Export CSV

1. Login to your POS Client Account.

2. Click on the "Receipts" and select "Reports" on the navigation menu. .

3. In the Reports window, click on the report which you wish to view.

4. Select the transaction date range that you want to view.

For example, if you choose to view "Daily Sales" report, a window will pop out and display daily transaction details. You can export the report by clicking the 'Save As' button on the navigation menu.

How to Open CSV at Microsoft Excel

1. Firstly, open your Microsoft Excel.

2. Choose to open a new document.

3. Choose to view 'All Files'.

4. Select the report that you export from BMO offline pos and click 'Open'.

How to Open CSV at Open Office

1. Firstly, open Open Office Calc.

2. Choose to open a new document.

3. Select the report that you export from BMO offline pos and Click 'Open'.

4. A Text Import box will pop out.

  • Select the 'Unicode (UTF-8)' as Character Set and 'English' as Language.
  • In the Separator options, choose to separate report data by 'Tab' and 'Comma'.
  • Add 'Quoted field as text' as Other options.
  • Then, Click 'OK' to save the setting.
